Handwritten Recipe Bamboo Cutting Board

Turn your cherished family recipe in your loved one's own handwriting into a lovely gift or keepsake bamboo cutting board! 

For best results, the engraved side of the cutting board is display only. The back side can be used as normal.  Hand washing is recommended, do not soak.

Please follow these tips to ensure we are able to digitally prepare your recipe image for a quality, precision engraving:

1. After you place your order, please send an email to Tracy@backwoodslaserllc.com with the image attached. We will reply with a confirmation of receipt of your order and the image within 48 hours.

2. Snap a picture of your recipe on a flat surface in bright, even lighting. Do NOT use a flash. Make sure your camera is not angled; the background area around your recipe should be symmetrical.

3. Make sure you’re not casting a shadow over the recipe. 

4. Make sure your camera is focused on the text and not the area around the recipe card. This will ensure the handwriting is clear and not blurry.

5. lf some of the writing is faint or not legible, we suggest making a copy and tracing over ALL of the text with a fine black pen.

6. Please, do NOT send us a screenshot of the image. Send us the actual image file.

7. The engraving will reflect the quality of the image you provide.
